Hemorrhoids are caused by swollen
veins inside the anal canal or in the opening of anus. It can be very painful
and also very unpleasant. However this issues is not a serious health problem
and it will not heal from itself. This if not treated when they appear, they
will get worse. Hemorrhoids are commonly easy to
treat in early stages, but easier to prevent by following some rules. But when
it is not treated in early stages then they can develop in serious problem.
This is an embarrasing problem which nobody likes to talk about. If you visit
your doctor in early phase then you will avoid long term consequences, stress
and pain and for sure prevent them from further complications.
Statistic says that more than
sixty percent of people all around the world will experience this issue during
their lives. Although, the older people are more likely to suffer from them,
which doesn't mean that the younger population is safe from their appearance. When
dividing by the genders, then more man suffer from them, whereas women are at
higher risk of their occurrence during pregnancy.
There are two types of hemorrhoids:
- Internal Hemorrhoids
- External Hemorrhoids
Swollen veins inside the anal
canal are forming internal whereas the swollen veins under the skin surrounding
the anus are forming external hemorrhoids. The both types of hemorrhoids are
irritating and can bleed. However the external are more painful then the
internal and you will get the severe pain when you get both types at the same
time. The symptoms together with the treatment exclusively depend on the type
which you suffer from.
However the huge difference
between these two types is that when you have external hemorrhoids then it is
impossible not to notice them simply by their annoying symptoms as well as by
their shape. When you have external hemorrhoids, in the beginning you will feel
an inflammation of the anal opening, which is followed by unbearable itching
and soon the appearance of lumps. These lumps are very unpleasant since they
are very painful, sore and itchy! The situation with internal is completely
different.
